Set At Liberty x2 from The Snare Of The Devil x2, as in Timothy x2.Paul mentions the snare of the devil twice: 1Timothy 3:7 and 2Timothy 2:26, helped Timothy be set at liberty twice.Liberty 1: get it right of law/grace to get under-standing. Liberty 2: get it above of under/above to be seated with Christ. If only right of left/right it's still division, not peace, still part-iality, not perfect-ion, still under-taker jeopardy every hour. |

Holy
Kiss: Greeting:
Grace
unto you, and peace,
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus->Christ. Recover
from the snare of the devil.
Set at liberty.
Plan A:
Above, Approved, Accepted ... Grace (gift of God, freely given)
Plan B: Beneath, Bondage, Bewitched ... Law (snare of the devil, addead) The "snare of the devil" is a phrase used twice by Paul unto Timothy in a father to a son manner, since Timothy had become depressed (snared) about churches of Galatia he was sent to bishop being Bewitched (by falling for plan B: Beneath: Bondage: Bewitched). So in his two epistles unto Timothy, a fatherly Paul The Apostle notes Timothy should firstly recover himself from the snare of the devil (eg: study to shew thyself Approved unto God by plan A: Above: Approved: Accepted) to be able to help those who oppose themselves "recover themselves from the snare of the devil". It's notably study to shew thyself, not shew others.
Only when you're set at liberty can you help others. It's kinda like saying get the beam (law) out of your own eye first, to see better how to help others; Or kinda like saying first bind the strong man (strength of sin) to spoil the house of sin and death. For if the blind lead the blind, both fall in the ditch. It's preposterous order to teach first, learn after. So go ye and learn what Hosea 6:6 meaneth: Matthew 9:13. Then come and let us reason together. 2Timothy 2:25,26
In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves;
if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And [that] they may recover themselves out of
the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
We know Timothy did study, and thereby recovered himself from the snare of the devil first, since Hebrews 13:23 tells us Timothy is "set at liberty" (as if liberated from the snare of the devil). So it is notably Timothy who pens an orated Espistle of Paul The Apostle to the Hebrews, a mini bible itself, and as if to the top dogs (named in Galatians) who'd Bewitched the churches of Galatia. Hebrews 13:23
Know ye that [our] brother Timothy is set at liberty
(from the snare of the devil)
<[Written
to the Hebrews from Italy, by Timothy.]>
The snare of the devil (law) goes way back to the paradox of Genesis 2:16 -vs- Genesis 2:17, and that old serpent asking the Woman in Genesis 3: hath "God" said Genesis 2:17? For if "God" said both: every tree -vs- not every tree, it would make God an oxy-moron: mixture of contrary things. Genesis 2:16 - every tree ... Grace (Plan A: Approved) ... Above Genesis 2:17 - not every tree ... Law (Plan B: Bondage) ... Beneath Unfortunately the Woman answered yeah, God said both Genesis 2:16 + Genesis 2:17... An oops many still make, and thereby oppose themselves by mingling grace + law, which is grace -vs- law; grace above, law beneath. So the snare of the devil (law) is falling for plan B, the law given by Moses: John 1:17, the law of (plural and contrary) commandments Christ abolished: Ephesians 2:15. Genesis 2:16 - every tree, freely given ... Grace: Plan A: Above: Approved: Accepted Genesis 2:17 - not every tree, surely die ... Law: Plan B: Beneath: Bondage: Bewitched The paradox: you cannot disobey Genesis 2:16 grace by itself, as it is harmless; And you cannot obey Genesis 2:16 grace when Genesis 2:17 law is addead. It becomes a paradox, an oxy-moron: every tree -vs- not every tree. Hence the need to learn the difference between above and beneath, lest we fall for plan B, be-come as Bewitched as foolish Galatians, who fell for plan B: Bondage, and thereby be like the Woman, being deceived, was in the transgression (the snare of the devil). For where no law, there is no transgression: Romans 4:15. Sin is not imputed when there is no law: Romans 5:13. So there are only flaws when there are laws. Grace and Law do not mix, since they are "contrary things" that cannot co-exist in peace. Bi-polar Dis-order is a result of mingling such. Genesis 1:6-8 tells us God said let there be a firmament (called Heaven) to divide waters above from waters under (beneath). So we apply that to Genesis 2:16 = above, Genesis 2:17 = under; Because what's beneath: under is an under-taker: the law of (plural and contrary) commandments. Genesis 1:6-8 Allegory of the firmament (Heaven) in the midst of above and beneath:
And God said,
Let there be a firmament in
the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the
waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which [were] under the firmament from the waters which [were] above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the
firmament Heaven. Genesis 2:16 - every tree, freely given ... harmless grace: the waters above --- midst: firmament (Heaven) divides waters above from waters under --- Genesis 2:17 - not every tree, surely die ... harmful law: the waters under In the case of the Woman, being deceived, and thereby being in the transgression, such is explained in the web page called Transgression. For where no law, there no transgression. So then for the Woman to be in the transgression, there had to be a law given long before the ten commandments. John 1:17 tells "the law was given by Moses"; But ten commandments were not given by Moses, rather were "added" because of the transgresssion: Galatians 3:19. So the law "given by Moses" is Genesis 2:17, called "the law of commandments" which Christ abolished in Ephesians 2:15. For it's not of God, as only what's freely given us is given us of God. Only Genesis 2:16 is freely given: Genesis 2:16 - "freely" given us: "of God" ... Grace: Plan A: Above: the spirit of God Genesis 2:17 - surely die lie: not of God ... Law: Plan B: Beneath: the spirit of the world 1Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. So in the case of the Woman and the serpent, the serpent asks the Woman: hath "God" said Genesis 2:17? For if "God" said both Gen 2:16 -vs- 2:17, which is every tree -vs- not every tree, it would make God an oxy-moron: the mingling of contrary things, which cannot co-exist in peace. Unfortunately the Woman replies yeah, God said both Genesis 2:16 + 2:17. But it was not God, it was LORD God (allegory: LAWED Grace). God "created heaven and earth": Genesis 1; But LORD God "made earth and heavens": Genesis 2. So it's not only plural "generations" of heavens and of earth, but also the reverse via LORD God (ADAM God, JEHOVAH God, LAWED Grace). New Testament: the "generation" of Jesus-->Christ (in whom all live): Matthew 1... After Old Testament: the plural "generations" of Adam (in whom all die): Genesis 5 ....... Before Plan A: Above, Approved, Accepted: Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ............. After Plan B: Beneath, Bondage, Bewitched: The law was given by Moses....................... Before Since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.......... After The law and the prophets [were] until John (the Baptist: aka the spirit of Elijah).......... Before Further on in Genesis 4 Adam is called the LORD, and further on in Genesis 6-8's flood story Noah is given plural and contrary commandments by both God and by the LORD: two -vs- sevens and two. Clever Noah notably did both: "all God commanded" and "all the LORD commanded"; But mingling such grace + law mingled by Noah got him both saved + destroyed afterward, also inducted into a hall of shame, not fame; For playing the blame game. "God" saw only "good" x7 in Genesis 1, not both good + evil; Only clean, not both clean + unclean; Only grace, not grace + law. For if we mingle the plural and contrary commandments of Genesis 2:16 -vs- 2:17 it's confusion, not peace. So Paul tells us God is not [the author] of confusion, but of peace; Which is to allegory say God is not the author of Genesis 2:16 + 2:17, but only of Genesis 2:16. Genesis 2:16 - every tree, freely given: Grace ... Peace (via Grace only)... of God Genesis 2:17 - not every tree, surely die: Law ... Confusion (via Grace + Law)... not of God 1Corinthians 14:33 God is not [the author] of confusion (grace + law), but of peace (grace). In Acts 19:29 the whole city was full of confusion (grace + law). In James 3:16 we're told where envying and strife, there is confusion and every evil work. So envying is associated with confusion (grace + law), and strife is associated with evil (law) work. For law is both good + evil, as law both blesses + curses = accursed. So grace found in LAW (grace Noah found in the eyes of the LORD) is not the same sort of grace which came by Jesus Christ. There are two sorts of grace to sort out. Grace Noah found in the LAW had partiality to eight "souls", but God (Grace) has no partiality. Furthermore the word of God (Grace) divides asunder soul<-->spirit, as if dividing asunder Adam1<-->Adam2 in 1Corinthians 15, and also divides asunder joints(laws)<-->marrow(grace): Hebrews 4:12. So dividing asunder x2 is not only left<-->right to first be rightly spiritual afterward, but also beneath<-->above to rightly divide the word of truth in a manner it ends without shame after for playing a blame game. Such is only possible by leaving both law vs law and law vs grace sides wars for pure grace above neither makes sides to have war nor takes any side in a sides war. For even the grace of law vs grace is still division, not true peace, and still partiality, not perfection. Eg: 2Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (to above). So Paul begins his epistles with an holy kiss: Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. James 3 calls it first pure wisdom from Above, like Genesis 2:16's grace that's freely given us of God. James 1 also calls it pure religion, in comparison and contrast to vain religion being grace + law, since law is all vanity and vexation of spirit (grace). So Paul says I do not frustrate (vex, law) the grace of God. For JC said God said, in John 8:23, I am from Above, but ye (do err) are from Beneath; And therein also distinguishes (by allegory comparison and contrast) this world (law: beneath) from that world (grace: above), by saying I am not of this world. Such is also to say this God (the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light) is not that God (that God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all). Reconciling the world is by and unto that God. Genesis 2:16 - Plan A: Above: Approved: Accepted... that world: Grace (of that God) Genesis 2:17 - Plan B: Beneath: Bondage: Bewitched... this world: Law (not that God) John 8:23 Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. In Galatians the churches of Galatia fell for Plan B, as if falling from grace to grace + law, thereby became Bewitched, as if desiring again to be in Bondage, after being delivered from the law, and as if delivered from evil; As if in answer (delivered from the law) to a prayer (deliver us from evil). Paul also says in Hebrews 10:31 it is a fearful thing to fall into the (plural) hands of the living God; Which is to allegory say it's fearful (tormenting) to fall from grace above to grace + law beneath. For even if we cast out fear, because God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7), if we do not cast out the root source of fear: the law, then it gives place for fear (torment) to return, and with seven spirits more wicked. Eg: the forgiven servant in Matthew 18:23-35 is later unforgiven and tormented. Eg: what's covered up is later uncovered in Revelation = Uncovering. So Paul says neither give place to the devil (law); since even giving place to the law can result in being uncovered: unforgiven and tormented later on. So perfect power, perfect love (charity), and a sound mind is put on "above" forgiving one another: Colossians 3:12-15. Only above void of beneath never fails. So Christ abolished the law of commandments and went above: higher than the heavens to become harmless. Genesis 2:16 - hand - the God of the living - no fear via no law - above forgiving one another Genesis 2:17 - hands - the living God - fearful (torment) - forgiven + unforgiven + tormented For JC said God said, in Matthew 12:33, it's not good + evil (corrupt), but good or corrupt (evil); Which is to allegory say it's not grace + law (life + death), but grace or law (life or death), since by mingling grace + law it ends badly: surely die. Grace + Law = Blessed + Cursed = Accursed. So Paul says to the churches of Galatia: if any man or angel brings you another gospel (another law), then let him (not you) be accursed by such grace (blessed) + law (cursed): Galatians 1:8,9. For if we do the cover up blessed (sacrifice), of two sorts of blessed in Psalms 32:1,2 (Romans 4:7,8), we give place to the cover up being uncovered (revealed) later on, as noted in Mt 10:26 & Lk 12:2. Eg: Priests molesting children got covered up by the Roman Catholic Church, but uncovered later on. So Revelation (Uncovering) of St John is written by Paul as an uncovering of saint (servant) John, but not for any condemnation, rather for awareness that cover ups do get uncovered later on, and because "know not" servants "turn", back to what's calling from "behind", like a dog turned to his vomit (a washed sow returns to her mire, a fool returns to his folly), as "servant" John did (Revelation 1:12). So Revelation is notably a shew unto servants (prophets), to shew them what their law does: snares victims unaware, and usually by calling them loudly from behind. Point: the only thing "behind" you, when in the Spirit on the Lord's day, is the law. Hence JC said to Peter, when Peter said Jesus (division, not peace) was Christ (peace, not divided): get thee "behind" me "Satan" (Matthew 16:23; Mark 8:33; Luke 4:8); And JC did not say unto Peter (Satan): Drive me, but rather Follow me. So then it's no wonder 'purpose driven people' of 'purpose driven churches' seem to be driven by Ghostly Law rather than led of the Spirit (Grace) unto grace void of law, and mercy void of sacrifice, which is peace void of confusion. God is not of confusion, but of peace. Genesis 2:16 - good (better blessed); nothing to cover up and uncover after Genesis 2:17 - corrupt (blessed + cursed); a cover up that's later uncovered Matthew 12:33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his] fruit. Luke 12:2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. So only what's above of beneath/above is incorruptible and never faileth nor ever falls for plan B. Eg: James tells us God neither tempts (laws) anyone nor can be tempted (lawed) by anyone. So Paul tells us in 1Corinthians 9:25 that it's a human "race" to be "run", since in a race all run, and they [do it: run] to obtain a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible. Such is to say they run back to grace + law, and we run forward to grace void of law by doing the grace run from what's corruptible (seed and crown) beneath to what's incorruptible above. Converted Peter also clarifies born again is not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible. So many carnal christians claiming to be born again are not, not yet incorruptible, especially if they say we're not perfect, just saved; When the Bible says born again is not just saved, but perfected to the point of being incorruptible. So God our Saviour will have all men both graced and truthed, saved and fully aware what from. So both grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, grace for salvation and truth for awareness of it. Genesis 2:16 - incorruptible: neither tempts nor can be tempted: never faileth nor falls Genesis 2:17 - corruptible seed and crown; both tempts and gets tempted; fails & falls 1Corinthians 9:25 Now they [do it: run: strive] to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. 1Peter 1:23 born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God (grace), which liveth and abideth for ever. 1Corinthians 13: now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity (never faileth). Colossians 3: above all these things [put on] charity, which is the bond of perfectness. So our model of Genesis 2:16 being Plan A: Above, Approved, Accepted, or the other wise of Genesis 2:17 being Plan B: Beneath, Bondage, Bewitched seems to fit enough scriptures to become fully persuaded grace is sufficient, but grace + law is not sufficient, because it has an under-taker called law; which is called the ministration of condemnation and of death in 2Cor 3:7,9. Genesis 2:16 - grace is sufficient (no law required), harmless by itself ... eternal life Genesis 2:17 - grace + law is not sufficient, for law is an under-taker ... life + death 2Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee (when Paul asked thrice for thorny John to become dearly departed) So even when we get it: under-standing, we stand in jeopardy every hour, the jeopardy of having our heart troubled (lawed) by such an under-taker, even if we "stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free". Sadly, such is often done in synagogue and church services, in one hour, where there is both sitting (rest) and standing (unrest) in such a serve-us; services which end with a grace + law benediction instead of pure grace. So we are told to be seated with "Christ", which is notably "above" all such. For Jesus is seen both standing and sat down on high, in the (plural) heavens; But Christ only sitteth, and above: Col 3:1-3, higher than the heavens: Heb 7:26. So we are told mind not high things, such as Majesty on high, high priests thereof. For two Sons Jesus gave his Olivet Discourse from sat down in a grave yard: Mt 24, and such a discourse from the Mount of Olives is also over against a doomed temple. As such it talks mostly of the beginning of sorrows (laws) instead of the end of sorrows. Grace above is not a grave subject, since it has no enmity (no law: ministration of death). So we are told peace (rest), with God, is notably through Jesus --> Christ, only in Christ. Reconciling the world is done "in Christ", and it's unto that God is light void of darkness. Genesis 2:16 - Christ sitteth above, where there's no enemies, only friends: higher than heavens Genesis 2:17 - Jesus sat down on high, expecting his enemies to be made his footstool: on high Galatians 4:4 Jesus was made of a woman, made under the law (so not yet perfected: Lk 13:32) Romans 10:4 Christ is the end of the law (made perfect: author of eternal salvation: Heb 5:14) Jesus was notably not made under grace, but "made under the law", and "made of a woman" (being deceived, was in the transgression), so that he might redeem them that were under the law: Galatians 4:4,5. Such did not happen until the fulness of time for the law part of the shew expired. Romans 6:14,15 notes both ye/we are not under the law, but under grace; So there is a change of Gods to be "under" from Old Testament to New Testament, which is also notably a change from servants to friends in John 15:15, and because servants (prophets) know not what their master doeth, but it is given that friends k-now, which contains the sub word now, of a then/now shew. For the law and the prophets (servants) [were] until John (the Baptist: aka the spirit of Elijah and the voice of Isaiah crying), but since that time the kingdom of God (grace and truth) is preached, and every man (of child/man) presseth into it: Luke 16:16. So the change is also from child to man. Yet even when "not under the law", but "under grace", it is still "under", instead of "above"; And under grace there's still law vs law and law vs grace, a sides war either way of broad/narrow ways. For the narrow way is not life, but notably "leadeth to life" by "go on unto perfection" above. A more excellent way is neither broad nor narrow minded. ... Above Neither law vs law nor law vs grace
sides wars bring true peace that is everlasting.
War does not end strife, it sows it; And war does not end
hatred, it feeds it. So an angels vs angels war in heaven mentioned in
Revelation 12 does not end strife nor end hatred. Nor does winning a
war ever bring true and lasting peace. We've had WWI and WWII and we
still don't have peace. In fact in the last century we've even had more
genocide than many centuries prior. So we need to learn the reason for
it. Even so-called Christian nations like USA are saying they're a
nation under law, and nobody is above the law. But the Bible says we
are not under the law, but under grace; And the thing to
notice is the difference between "with grace" (above) and "under grace"
(beneath). We all start out new creatures in new heavens and earth
under grace in the New Testament having the new covenant, which is only
a better testament having a better hope, not yet what's best of (good-->better)--->best;
So our objective therein the better testament having better hope is to
also get our heart established "with
grace", and not just "under
grace"; For under grace there's still grace + law: life + death. To establish the
heart with grace we let law be the dead testator. For Hebrews 9
tells us a testament can not be of force until the testator of it is
dead. So Christ is our peace who abolished the law of such law vs law and law vs grace. Genesis 2:16 - Above, Approved, Accepted ... "with grace" - eternal life (no death) Genesis 2:17 - Beneath, Bondage, Bewitched ... "under grace" - both life + death Hebrews 13:9 It is a good (God) thing that the heart be established with grace, not with meats (grace + law) which have not profited them occupied therein Under grace a plural God called the Majesty on high provides better things for us of them/us division; But such is still division, not peace, and still partiality, not perfection. Under grace there is mediation, via a mediator: Jesus of the man Christ-->Jesus, who descended from above to beneath. So we're told a mediator is not of one, but God is one; And not one of twain, but one above twain, where a mediator is not required when all are friends (no enemies to hate or even to love). Genesis 2:16 - God is one; and one above the twain; above and beyond Sion Genesis 2:17 - a mediator is not of one, but of twain; the better one of twain Galatians 3:20 Now a mediator is not [a mediator] of one, but God is one Paul tells us in 1Corinthians 13 that these three abide: faith hope charity; but also clarifies only one of such never faileth, and abideth for ever. For we only faith and hope for what we don't yet have: never fail; And when we put on charity (thinketh no evil) above forgiving one another, then we never fail. For in 1Cor 13:1-3 he notes even the better faith and hope things we can do count as nothing yet, until we put on charity and put it on above forgiving one another in Colossians 3:12-15. For above there is no evil thought of to even forgive. So the God above forgiving one another is higher than the God who hath law imputed sin to you and forgiven you for Christ's sake. So it is said that God is light (grace), and in him there is no darkness (law: sin & death) at all. Genesis 2:16 - above forgiving one another; no evil is thought to even forgive ... Grace Genesis 2:17 - endless forgiving required when both good and evil given place ... Law Conclusion: There's only flaws when there's laws. So Christ abolished the law of commandments in Genesis 2:17; And by abolishing this one lousy tree law (the surely die lie) Christ effectively abolished all law written in stone and in ink (the ministration of condemnation and death), because all other law (10 in stone, 613 in ink) was "added", and "because of the transgression". For the Woman, being deceived, was in the transgression (law); But where no law, there no transgression. Yet where law, there is never everlasting forgiveness nor true freedom from the snare of the devil. For law is both good and evil: ends bad, with evil concupiscence and surely die, if law given place. So Christ (of Jesus/Christ) is the end of the law, is the perfect prototype, perfect man, our peace. So it is written about "the perfect man": "the beginning/end of that child/man is division/peace"; And blessed the child/man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. Now
you kNOW the rest (peace) of the story.
There's only flaws when there are laws. Where no law, there no flaw. There's only germs when there are laws. Where no law, there no germ. There's only accidents when there's laws. Where no law, there no accident. Only when we put away all law written in stone and ink do we avoid being deceived, victimized, bewitched, accused, snared, abused, seduced, even killed. So to be liberated x2 from the snare of the devil (law) x2, flush all law as if dung, by abolishing one lousy tree law, "the law of commandments", "given by Moses". The
grace
of our Lord Jesus
Christ with you all. Amen.
