The Blessed And Only Potentate: Grace.

The only Potentate, Who "only" hath "immortality", is "Grace".
The "only" true God;   The "only" wise God;   The "living" God.

His angel plays the last trump it

The Only Potentate: Grace

(The Only King, Lord, God: on throne of grace)
1Timothy 1:
Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, honour and glory
1Timothy 6:...our Lord Jesus Christ: Which in his times (J -> C) he shall shewthe blessed and only Potentate,
the King of kings, and Lord of lords:
Who only hath immortality (Who alone is immortal)

Conclusion: Grace [be] with thee. Amen.

Greeting (Holy Kiss): Grace unto you, and peace,
from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

The blessed and only Potentate: Grace

only blessed
(of cursed/blessed); only eternal (of temporal/eternal);
only immortal
(of mortal/immortal);  only wise (of foolish/wise);
only true
(of false/true); only pure (of impure/pure);
only that
(of this/that); only grace (of law/grace);
only comfort of
(dis-comfort/comfort);
only perfect
(of imperfect/perfect).

That God is
(only) merciful (of sacrifice/mercy);
That God is
(only) light (of darkness/light);
He is
(only) our peace (of division/peace).

POINT: "Only" His Grace void of law is "eternal" life.
Grace cannot lie
(law) nor die(law). Law Law does both.
Grace: neither tempts
(laws) nor can be tempted(lawed).
More excellent Way of three: neither broadmindead nor narrowmindead.

Broad Way <- Narrow Way -> More Excellent Way
Destruction <- Destruction or Life -> More Abundant Life
Draw back to perdition <- Them/Us -> Go on unto perfection

The oxymoronic mixture of life + death = a dead end.
Grace (is) + Law (added) is as if Life + Death (added).
When source of death is removed, then life is eternal.
(when no law: no sin imputed = no "sting" of death)

Who only hath immortality (of Law vs Grace)?
The King eternal, of non-eternal -vs- eternal kings.
The Lord
immortal, of mortal -vs- immortal lords.
The God of all grace (in him there is no law at all).

The qualifying term "only" is biblically used to allegorically describe the winner take all of a law vs grace shewdown in a biblical God Shew. A "shew" denotes two things are being shewn, compared, contrasted, contested; One of twain being the fraud (false God), counter part, "contrary part", y(our) "adversary". In the case of "Christ": "the end of the law", the "contrary part" would be "anti-Christ", which is allegorically anti-(the end of the law). And many are.

Of many vs few, many play "their part" well: "many" false prophets rise, "many" false teachers among you, "many" shall come in my name, to deceive. "Your part" is not to get deceived, subverted, bewitched, carried away, perverted with the "wiles" of devilish law. Your part is give more earnest heed to what's been said (eg: Charity never faileth, so greet one another with a holy kiss of charity); And use sound speech, to the point you can't be condemned, nor tempted, nor deceived, nor subverted, nor perverted with grace + law. For by the grace(life) + law(death) of any do all perish, since we all are one.

For God did "not" send His Son into the world to condemn (law) the world: John 3:17 (2Cor 3), nor to accuse: John 5:45, nor to judge: John 12:47. To wit, that God was in "Christ" (the end of the law) reconciling the world unto himself; by not (law) imputing their trespasses (sins, transgressions) unto them. Hence we are told peace with God is "through" Jesus => Christ: "the end of the law"; Moreover Christ: the end of the law... to the max (fulness of Christ) is perfection we're exhorted to go on unto, by leave the (plural) "principles". Such is what's best of three things, and what's best for all (not some only).

3. All that and no this at all  (all truth & no lie at all): God's part
2. That:  JC's grace of law/grace (the truth of lie/truth): Your part
1. This:   Mosaic law of law/grace (the liar of lie/truth): Their part

Thereby such an allegoric comparative (this/that) teaching as a God Shew notably "written aforetime for our learning" (Romans 15:4) we learn what grace is, compared to what it's not: law. A further point made therein is that grace is only truly existent (only eternal) in it's pure state, so God (pure grace) is "excepted" (exempt) from the Shew and JC plays the part of God in the flesh. Life is only eternal when death is totally abolished, done away, taken away, blotted out to the point of "vanish":
what's "ready to vanish": Heb 8:13 ... "shall vanish": 1Cor 13:8. Point being: Since the root source of sin and death is law, the bottom of the terror barrel is law, the law has to be exposed as deadly spiritual food poison we should "touch not, taste not, handle not"; for all perish by the using of ordinances (laws). The will of the Lord is none perish, which speaks of the end of the shew having no law at all, "only" grace.

Consider "the only true God" of false/true Gods denotes one was a false God. Consider "the only wise God" of foolish/wise Gods denotes one a foolish God. Consider "the living God" of dead/living Gods denotes one a dead end God. Consider "the blessed and only Potentate" denotes grace is the only Potentate: the only God (of Gods), the only King (of kings), the only Lord (of lords). Also consider that immortal (grace) + mortal (law) is a dead end: life + death. So to have life, the "eternal" sort God has, mortal (law) has to die (be exposed as the lie and put away as the put off) in order to establish grace (eternal life).

The Only Potentate of two claiming to be Potentate
The Blessed And Only Potentate(God, King, Lord)

                             - blessed (only) of cursed/blessed
                             - eternal (only) of temporal/eternal
                             - immortal (only) of mortal/immortal
                             - true (only) of false/true
                             - wise (only) of foolish/wise
                             - pure (only) of impure/pure
                             - is (only) of was, and is not/is

 Three Best Wishes
Grace -> Mercy -> Peace

- grace (only) of law/grace, only begets
- mercy (only) of sacrifice/mercy, only begets
- peace (only) of division/peace ... only true rest

Moral of an Allegorical Mysterious God Shew:
"My grace is sufficient for thee" (no law req'd).

The blessed and "only Potentate" denotes one only is the Potentate of twain things such as law vs grace (sacrifice vs mercy; fear vs love; etc) being shewn, allegorically compared, contrasted, contested, till one only is winner take all in the biblical shewdown (Revelation) which notably ends with "grace" (only): "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.".

The loser, who's against you all in the law vs grace shewdown? Johnny Law!
The winner, who is with you all in such a law vs grace shewdown? His Grace!

The "grace" of "our" Lord "Jesus Christ" with "you" -> all. "Amen".
(grace, the truth thereof, is with you and all the kingdom of God within you)
